The invention relates to an atomizing nozzle for a gas-liquid mixture, especially for injecting the same into a chemical reformer used for producing hydrogen. Said atomizing nozzle contains at least one gas supply line (10, 10') for supplying a gas stream (11, 11´) and contains at least one liquid supply line for supplying a liquid stream. The gas supply line (10, 10´) comprises at least one first branching point (14, 14') at which a partial stream (21, 21') of the gas stream (11, 11') can be diverted into a lateral line (20, 20') configured as a bypass. The liquid stream flows into the lateral line (20, 20') at a discharge point (26) of the liquid supply line. The gas supply line (10, 10') comprises at least one second branching point (16) at which the lateral line (20) can be supplied once again with the partial stream (21, 21') containing the liquid stream.
