Disclosed are the use of dimethyl oxalate, ethylene glycol, its oxalic, glyoxalic, and formic esters, glyoxylic acid and its methyl esters, glyoxyli c aldehyde, and poly(ethylene oxalate) for fueling fuel cells, fuel cells fuel ed by these compounds, a hybrid power source containing these fuel cells, and a method for evaluating their concentration in solution. |
