A production method for a sewn product of a woven/knitted fabric, characterized in that a gray fabric of a woven/knitted fabric is sewn, and then is subjected to desizing and/or scouring and/or relaxation. The method can afford novel design features, and, after sewing, can impart a surface appearance, texture, touch, colors or the like in vogue, thereby accommodating a small-lot/multi-product production and a short-time delivery.
