The falloposcope has an operating handle (1) and a Bowden cable (2) with an axially sliding cable sleeve (4) of less than 2 mm, enclosing an flexible Bowden cable sleeve (9), provided with at least 3 peripherally spaced longitudinal slits at its instrument head end, for providing expansion arms (11), used for widening out the fallopian tube.
