<p>Drugs for gene therapy containing indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) gene and immunosuppressive agents containing IDO protein. These drugs are efficacious particularly against rejection reactions in association with organ transplantation. By forming a complex of the IDO gene with a gene transporter, the rejection reactions can be inhibited more effectively.</p> |
