Regulating insert (1) for mounting in valves (2) and comprising a dynamically flow regulating body (3), said body (3) comprising a first housing (4) within a second housing (11) with a coil spring (5) arranged parallel to the axis thereof, said coil spring (5) engaging at its first end (6) a slidable bottom cup (7) provided with at least one inlet opening (8) for liquid in its wall, said opening (8) having an adjustable flow area. The second end (9) of the coil spring (5) opposite the first end (6) engages a partly closed end (22) of the second housing (11), said partly closed end comprising a cylindrical opening providing the seat of a valve cone (10) situated within the second housing (11), the position of said valve cone (10) being regulated by first means (12) via an activation means (13).
