A vehicle inner tube (10) has zigzag insertion slots (102) around each of the sidewalls, and an annular insertion slot (101) surrounding the zigzag insertion slots. A vehicle inner tube includes a base, a multi-cell rubber tube, and breaker assemblies. The base and rubber tube are formed of rubber air balls (103). The base includes a tubular shaft and two parallel side walls at opposite ends of the shaft. Each of the sidewall has master air chamber and zigzag insertion slots that are arranged one above another. The rubber tube is mounted between the side walls. It is defining zigzag insertion slots around its center opening and an annular insertion slot surrounding the zigzag insertion slots for mounting patching glue. Each of the breaker assemblies comprise zigzag base pad formed of air balls, and two sets of breakers alternatively staggered at the top and bottom side walls of the base pad.
