The urban passenger transport concept is a self-propelled linked rake with a number of coupled cabin cars, to ride along rails or on rails, as suspended gondolas or floating cells with a guide cable. Cabin cars can be parked at boarding points during off-peak times as waiting rooms and generators of renewable energy. They can be coupled together in trains as required.
