The invention concerns a device for cell and tissue culture comprising sever al culture wells (18-I) housing the cells or tissues to be cultured, first (2) and second (25) reservoirs and linking means (20, 23, 24) coupled to the wel ls and the reservoirs enabling a culture fluid to circulate from one reservoir to the other via the wells. Each reservoir (20, 25) houses at least a soft pouc h (6, 7, 27, 29) whereof one at least is capable of receiving the culture flui d. The device further comprises at least a control module (50, 150) supplying first and/or second sequences of external pressures to be applied, respectively, on the pouches of the first and second reservoirs, and pressurising means (41, 46-49) designed to apply to the pouches pressures defined by said first and second sequences supplied by the control module.</ SDOAB>
