PURPOSE: A clamp cylinder is provided to prevent looseness by vibration of a fitting bolt to a fixed side member by constructing the sealing structure between a rod cover and a cylinder member face against it. CONSTITUTION: A thin plate type gasket(30) made of rubber material with elasticity is interposed between a rod cover back surface(9) and a front end surface of a cylinder tube(1). The gasket is fitted on the outside of a fitting shaft part(10). The gasket is in size enough to extend over not only a sealing surface(11) but also all over a fitting surface(12) of the outside. The gasket is clamped on a fixed side member(100) at the time of fitting it on the fixed side member of a machine. The looseness of a fitting bolt(101) is prevented.
