PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cutter having a new structure is provided in which the cutter blade is not easily damaged even though impact is applied during using by reducing difference of physical properties between a body made of steel product and a cutter blade made of cemented carbide. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a cutter comprising a body (10) installed so that it is ascended by a pressing means such as a press, and a cutter blade (20) formed of a cemented carbide material and coupled to the end part of the body (10), the method comprises pretreatment step of removing foreign substances adhered to the surface of the body (10) and a cutter blade (20); silver lead member laying up step of laying up a silver lead member (30) on the end part of the pretreated body (10); cutter blade laying up step of laying up the cutter blade (20) on the upper surface of the silver lead member (30); and high frequency heating step of heating the silver lead member (30) with a high frequency heater so that it is melted, thereby adhering the cutter blade (20) to the body (10).
