POLYMER SYNTHESIZATION RUBBER INSULATOR FOR POWER DISTRIBUTION

PURPOSE: A polymer synthesization rubber insulator for power distribution is provided to improve the compression intensity of the connection portion of the metal connection pad and to prevent water from flowing into the connection portion. CONSTITUTION: The polymer synthesization rubber insulator comprises an insulating rod(200) made of insulation reinforcement synthetic resins, a polymer synthesization rubber sheath(300) encircling the rod, and two metal connection pads(100). Both ends of the rod are exposed and inserted into the metal connection pads. A protruded O-ring(310) encircles the ends of polymer synthesization rubber sheath and prevents the water from flowing into the rod. The connection portions between the rod and the metal connection pad are coated with sealing material to prevent the water from flowing into the rod. The metal connection pad has the first compression groove used to compress polymer synthesization rubber insulator and the second compression groove used to compress the first compression groove.
