ALL-DAY HAMBURGER DELIVERY SERVICE

PURPOSE: An all-day hamburger delivery service is provided to extend a market for hamburgers by constructing a new delivery market besides existing hamburger stores. CONSTITUTION: A homepage is constructed for providing services to customers on the Internet. A call center is developed using a CTI technology and a voice recognition technology in order to provide the services on the telephone. A call center server and an Internet homepage are interlocked with a GIS. Therefore, the customers receive all-day hamburger delivery service. The call center takes up an order from the customers on the Internet and the telephone. A branch store processes order information transmitted and delivers the order to the customers.
