PURPOSE: A driving wheel structure is provided to automatically stand a wheel by forming a load point acting on the wheel at the lower part of a wheel center and prevent rolling of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A driving wheel structure includes an inner ring fixedly installing rollers different in number according to stress distribution, an outer ring(200) coupled with an orbit part of the rollers for rotating, a power transmitting part coupled with the inner ring at the equal center shaft and connected with the outer ring for rotating the outer ring, a drive shaft(400) installed at the lower part parallelly separated from the center shaft of the power transmitting part and coupled by an electromotive equipment for generating rotary force to the power transmitting part.
