PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing real-time living information and ordered advertisement information using the Internet and a wireless network are provided to supply current living information to domestic and foreign clients and movable objects in real time by collecting the current living information through the Internet and a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A database(210) stores all sorts of information such as visual information. living information and advertisement information. An information operation server(260) is connected to a client computer(230) through the Internet(220) in order to operate and manage information of the database(210). In addition, the information operation server(260) is connected to a wireless communication and information provider(250) through a wireless network(240). The information operation server(260) collects the information provided from the outside. The server(260) provides the information to a client in real time, and simultaneously stores the information in the database(210).
