PURPOSE: A method for collecting and statistical data and selling through a network is provided to easily notify a general purchaser of all sorts of product information using a terminal through a network. CONSTITUTION: A general user connects to a database management relay site server through a network. The user inputs the price for a product which the user wants. The user pays the entrance fee in order to participate in an auction. The total amount of entrance fee for a tender of a product is added to the highest price tendered of the product. In case that the total sum reaches the highest price tendered, a tenderer who presents the highest price tendered is selected. In case that the total sum doesn't reach the highest price, the entrance fee is equally returned to the tenderers including the highest price tendered.
