PURPOSE: A voice database constructing system for mobile communication is provided to easily make up and transmit a character message with a mobile phone by enabling making up of the character message through a speech command. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition program storing speech signals for message makeup and transmission generates an electric signal corresponding to a speech command input. A controller(21) detects the input signal from the speech command and provides an electric signal corresponding to it. A message makeup unit(22) makes up a character message from the speech command of the user. A message transmitter(23) transmits the character message.
