PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for mixing and drying a kind of cereal such as bean, adzuki bean and sesame split and mixed repeatedly by using a static mixer, which maximizes drying and thermal efficiency and reduces power consumption by using free falling by gravity. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises at least one or more of static mixers composed of a plurality of elements and vertically installed, a rotary valve(5) fastened to an injection port(2) for supplying a fixed amount of materials to be dried falling to the static mixer splitting the materials massed by moisture, a warm air injection port(3) valve providing low relative humidity of dried air collided with the static mixer and split and adjusting inflow amount of the air for dehydrating the cereal materials lifted upward, a warm air discharge port(6) where the dried materials cross fully wet sample to be discharged to the outside in a saturated state, a vacuum device(7) of the discharge port for promoting drying efficiency and a rotary valve(5-1) fixed to a discharge port(4) for discharging a fixed amount of dried material.
