PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for stabilized liquid silica carbonate disinfectant is provided, which stabilizes saturated carbonate in a solution by heating after adding silicate and surfactant, shows broad disinfection and sterilization spectrum in a relatively low carbonate concentration, and maintains lasting sterilizing power. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for stabilized liquid silica carbonate disinfectant comprises the steps of: adding silicate(e.g., SiO2, Na2SiO3, K2SiO3) 80-120g to distilled hot water 1L of 70-90deg.C, and dissolving by full-shaking mechanically to be ionized; adding surfactant(e.g., glycerol, propylene glycol, or polyethylene glycol) 8-15g to mix and emulsify; pouring Na2CO3 and K2CO3 each 45-80g, and mixing and shaking to get the stabilized disinfectant in a solution; and additionally, adding perfume to improve pleasant fragrance, and coloring agent to distinguish the stabilized liquid silica carbonate disinfectant from other disinfectant.
