PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device is provided to reduce the number of fabricating process by simplifying the fabricating process of the organic electro-luminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of a blue color conversion material and a photoresist is formed on a transparent substrate. The mixture is exposed by using a photo mask. A color conversion medium(22a) is formed by developing the mixture selectively. The above processes are repeated by using the mixture of a green color conversion material and the photoresist. A color conversion medium(22a') including the green color conversion material and the photoresist and a color conversion medium(22a") including a red color conversion material and the photoresist are formed on one side of the conversion medium(22a) including the blue color conversion material and the photoresist. A protective layer(24) is formed on a whole surface of the above structure. An anode(25), an organic electro-luminescence layer(26), and a cathode(27) are formed on the protective layer(24).
