PURPOSE: To precisely control the speed of a photosensitive belt. CONSTITUTION: The control circuit is composed by including an encoder count circuit 4 for counting the output signal of a drive roller encoder 11 mounted on the drive roller 10 and a motor encoder mounted on a belt motor 6, a servo controller 2 which is controlled generally by a CPU 1 and outputs rotational speed information of the belt motor 6 based on the output signal of the encoder count circuit 4, a motor drive signal generating circuit 3 which converts output information of the servo controller 2 so as to adapt it to a H bridge driver circuit 5 which drives directly the belt motor 6.
