PURPOSE: A method and a system for integrating wireless and the internet infrastructures to facilitate higher usage of services by users are provided to integrate at least two infrastructures to facilitate higher usage of services provided by the combined infrastructures as opposed to the services provided respectively by an individual infrastructure alone. CONSTITUTION: A method is comprised of providing a communication link between the first infrastructure and the second infrastructure, establishing an access point in the second infrastructure for the users, associating services/applications offered by the second infrastructure with the first infrastructure so that the users can access the services/applications through the access point, and exchanging, between the first and second infrastructures, usage information of how many of the services/applications are used by the users.
