<p>A pressure sensor (100) is composed of a housing (10) having a pressure conduction passage (13) for introducing a pressure and a stem (20) disposed in the housing (10) and having a diaphragm (21) that is deformed by the pressure. The stem (20) integrally has a screw portion (24) at an outer peripheral side surface thereof, and is connected to the housing (10) via the screw portion (24) by screw fastening. For bonding (44) the chip (30) bears four sets of contact pads. For an easy failure diagnosis of the sensors two stems (20) with chips (30) are used in a single housing (10). <IMAGE></p> |
