The material (1) has a supple structure comprising a self-adhesive support (2) with hooks (6), and a light reflecting and/or fluorescent layer (3) e.g. of aluminum (8) and glass micro-balls (9) mounted on a textile backing layer (4) with high dimensional stability, integrated with the outer face (5) of the support. The textile layer has woven warp and weft threads of natural fibres such as cotton, synthetic fibres or a mixture of these and has a weight of 50 - 400 g/sq m.
