PURPOSE: A transfer body including at least peelable layer, a transparent electrically conductive layer and an adhesive layer on the substrate is provided to solve the problem of the prior art. CONSTITUTION: The substrate(10) of glass or the like has such a heat resistance that it withstands heat treatment to each layer on the substrate(10) and also has a higher rigidity than a member(plastic film) to which each layer on the substrate(10) is transferred. A polyimide resin layer as the peelable layer(20) is formed in such a way that it has a tensile strength which is >= 100 g/cm.
