PURPOSE: A blower for tracing stolen vehicles is provided to search stolen vehicles easily by mounting plural sensors for making magnified sounds and for sensing sounds through application of call sounds from radio beepers or cellular phones. CONSTITUTION: A blower includes plural sensors for making magnified sounds and for sensing sounds by application of call sounds from radio beepers or cellular phones. In emergency of stealing vehicles, the sensors trace the theft and make neighbors file a theft report. In addition, the blower is used for indoor ventilation of a vehicle during driving of the vehicle. Necessary equipments including a digital camera are mounted in the vehicle selectively as well as maintenance of vehicle is improved. Thereby, driving a vehicle is done under pleasant circumstances including theft preventing search, inspection and tracing.
