PURPOSE: An electric fan having a scent diffusing device is provided to improve health and give a diversion effect by making natural wind by diffusing various scent using wind generated from an electric fan controlling a scent diffusing device attached at a side of the fan. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan having a scent diffusing device includes a scent capsule(5) and a scent diffusing device. The scent capsule has various undiluted solution of scent such as fragrance of herbs, flowers or the likes. The scent diffusing device diffuses the fragrance of the scent capsule through a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(10) and a heat wire(6). The scent capsule is attached on the electric fan and heated by the heat wire, thereby diffusing the fragrance.
