PURPOSE: An electronic control aroma emitting system having voice recognition function is provided to achieve an improved efficiency of aroma emission by allowing the aromatic odor and reproducing voice to be changed in accordance with the user preference. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an aroma capsule insertion unit(13) for insertion of aroma capsules with a variety of aromatic odors; an aroma emitting unit for emitting aromatic odor by a hot wire; a concentration control unit for sensing the concentration of the aromatic odor through an artificial intelligence sensor and controlling the concentration; a time control unit for controlling aromatic odor emission time; an air cleaner unit having a filter for air cleaning; an anion generator for generating anion which is to be coupled to cation for air purification; a voice recognition program(15) for storing voice signals corresponding to commands input from an operation key and generating an electrical signal corresponding to the input of the voice signal; and a micro processor for generating an electrical signal in accordance with the signals input from the voice recognition program.
