PURPOSE: An outsole of a shoe is provided to prevent the early wear of the outsole having various colors and convex-concave patterns, and to improve the appearance and the damping property of the outsole. CONSTITUTION: The outsole of the shoe consists of a polyurethane resin made upper piece(1), a transparent polyurethane resin made bottom piece(3), and a film sheet(2) having various colors and various patterns. The film sheet is embedded between the upper piece and the bottom piece(3) by using a heat compression method. The colors and the patterns of the film sheet are capable to be expressed via the transparent bottom piece of the outsole. Also, even if the bottom piece is worn after long use, the film sheet is completely protected.
