PURPOSE: A vehicle remote starter detecting replacement period of consumable parts in a vehicle is provided to inform a user of the replacement period of consumable parts in a vehicle by calculating an engine running time and adding and subtracting a weight to and from the calculated engine running time according to a running state. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller(10) generates a remote control signal for switching on the ignition and locking/unlocking a door and receives replacement information of consumable parts in a vehicle to display a replacement period and replacement state information. A base portion(20) drives a vehicle control part(30) in response to the remote control signal. The base portion(20) counts an engine starting time when a starting sense signal from the vehicle control part(30) is detected, generates replacement information of the consumable parts in a predetermined interval, and transfers the replacement information to the remote controller(10).
