ELECTROMAGNETIC OSCILLATING PUMP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electromagnetic oscillating pump is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to absorb sound efficiently with molding resin in the surface of the electromagnetic part. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic oscillating pump is composed of an electromagnet part(2) having two electromagnets(1) faced to each other and two iron cores(20); an oscillator(4) arranged between the electromagnets with a permanent magnet(3); and a diaphragm(5) connected to the oscillator. Resin is molded in the surface of the electromagnet part, and a frame is formed with resin-molding. The diaphragm is vibrated with electromagnetic vibration of the oscillator having a magnetic body based on magnetic interaction between the electromagnetic part and the magnetic body. The manufacturing cost is reduced, and sound is absorbed efficiently.
