<p>A culturing device comprising well(s) defining chamber(s) for receiving cells and tissue to be cultured and an arrangement for circulating a culture fluid from a first reservoir to the second reservoir via the wells, where one or both reservoirs contain flexible pouches containing the fluid and a controller operates device(s) applying first and second sequences of pressure pulses to the pouches to circulate the fluid, is new. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a cell and tissue culture apparatus includes culturing devices as above arranged in parallel and a single controller; and (2) a culturing process as above.</p> |
