摘要
一种双循环两段式烟气脱硫塔,其塔身入口上部、塔身内的漩流板以及漩流板上方所设脱硫喷洒导管的组成脱硫吸收段,脱硫吸收段可为上、下两段。上段脱硫吸收段漩流板的下面设有脱硫剂收集装置,脱硫剂收集装置延伸的收集管伸出塔身本体至制浆装置。本实用新型采用多段的脱硫层空间,在不同脱硫层采用不同pH值的脱硫剂,对烟气进行高效地脱硫,塔中的气流具有较佳的流速并且分布均匀,不易堵塞,使用维护简单方便,也降低运营成本较低。
