PURPOSE: A system and method for operating and managing a resident priority parking is provided to raise a management/control of a real time illegal parking and to respond to the civil request and to satisfy a parking information providing request and to reduce a manpower and the cost by constructing a basic of a resident priority parking. CONSTITUTION: A supply database and a demand database are constructed by surveying the parking related data for obtaining data necessary for an analysis(S200). An over and short analysis is performed through a supply analysis and a demand analysis(S210). If the over and short analysis is performed, a parking demand may be estimated, and demand estimation is achieved by selecting an analysis period, analysis items(total parking demand by kinds of car and by time), and an analysis method(S220). If supplying parking lots are insufficient, a road and road institutions are surveyed using an exterior database and decides whether an installation of a parking line is possible(S230). If an installation of a parking line is possible, a one side road project is established by confirming the existing one side road(S240). In addition, a parking surface is drawn and attribute information is inputted by painting the parking surface and opening the supply database(161), and the databases are updated(S250). |
