PURPOSE: A panel for bond and a device for bonding panels are provided to easily and simply make a chamber for the specific purpose for air tightness in a short time and to improve the performance of assembling and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A panel for bond and a device for bonding panels are composed of a pair of plane plates(1) forming at least triangular shape with the fixed clearance and bent-up parts(3) bent up towards the clearance, bonding members(2) having receiving grooves(4) to fix the bent-up parts and forming at least one recessed part(5) or protruded part(6) from the extended faces of the bent-up parts into the outside, and porous bodies(7) with plural air holes to cut off thermal conduction. The porous bodies are either soft or hard polyurethane foam.
