PURPOSE: A photosensitive transparent conductive coating agent containing conductive polymer aqueous solution is provided not to require dispersing step of sol particles, to employ film or plastic stable to heat as substrate because the coating agent is not cured by heat, and to give good transparent conductive coat having low face resistance and high transmission and coat hardness. CONSTITUTION: The coating agent comprises polymer solution; photo-initiator; binder solution containing acrylate based oligomer or monomer; and ethereal or alcoholic solvent dissolving the polymer solution, the photo-initiator and binder. The conductive polymer aqueous solution is polyaniline, polypyrrol or polyethylene dioxythiophene. The use of the coating agent permits the dispersing step of the sol particles to eliminate, and give good transparent conductive coat.
