PURPOSE: A clutch release bearing is provided to reduce expenses by overmolding a sleeve in a washer, and to assemble a release bearing conveniently by forming a single unit. CONSTITUTION: A clutch release bearing includes a plastic cylindrical sleeve(54) having a round flange(52) with a washer(50) for forming a contact surface of a control fork finger. The washer is manufactured with hard and corrosion resistant stainless steel without heat treatment, and composed of units(64,66) containing teeth of the control fork axially. The sleeve is installed in the washer. The washer is fixed in the round flange, and bent repeatedly with pressing by the finger of the fork. The thickness of the washer is less than 1.5mm, and formed to be within the range of 0.7-1.2mm. The number of parts and expenses are reduced, and assembling is performed easily with integrally forming the washer with the containing units of the control fork.
