PURPOSE: A system for operating an advertisement newspaper site using the Internet is provided to enable a user to rapidly and accurately receive information selected to the taste of the user and to purchase a product at a reduced price according to cumulative points. CONSTITUTION: In case that a consumer or an advertiser becomes a member, points are basically accumulated. Simultaneously, a member ID card in which personal information is inputted is issued. All sorts of information such as contents of the advertiser and an advertisement is made database by industry or by regional groups on a notice board(3). An operator web site(2) provides the notice board(3). The consumer connects to the operator web site(2) and looks at items on the advertisement. After that, the consumer clicks a lower button and connects to a homepage of the advertiser. The consumer obtains detailed information and clicks a point accumulation button. Points are accumulated.
