VIBRATION MOTOR

摘要

PURPOSE: The vibration motor is provided to extend starting torques and actuating frequency bands and adjust finely RPM by enlarging alternating fields formed on the coils more than 4 poles. CONSTITUTION: A lower case fixes a rotor shaft and protects a magnet which is rotor. The coil is comprised of two bundles of coils wound to have an inner space and is installed on the lower case to form an alternating magnetic filed of 4 poles by external input. A semicircular magnet revolves around central shaft and generates vibration. An upper case is coupled with the lower case to fix the rotor shaft and protects the magnet and the coil.
