PURPOSE: An exercise shoes is provided to achieve an exercise effect of a sand bag used to build up a healthy body without inducing a pain on heels due to the falling of the sand bag. CONSTITUTION: When a heavy object used to attain an exercise effect in daily life is integrated in the bent front side of an outsole of a shoe, the heavy object is divided into two to four pieces for devising a more convenient wear feeling. When the heavy object is mounted in a heel of the shoe, the heavy object such as a heavy metal is able to be detachably installed in the heel, thereby the heavy object is separated or integrated according to the circumstances.
