PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing air bubbles and dissolved oxygen of tap water is provided to supply clean tap water having sufficient dissolved oxygen to each home and to improve freshness of tap water by inputting the air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing air bubbles and dissolved oxygen of tap water includes an air suction pipe(3) mounted with an air suction pipe fixing projection and an air draft port(6) at a tap water supply pipe and supplied water controlling apparatus(2) of the air bubble and dissolved oxygen manufacturing machine(1), and an air suction pipe fixing projection rubber packing inserted into the air suction pipe, wherein the air suction pipe is fixed at the tap water supply pipe and an air tap water supply pipe with an air suction pipe fixing female screw(8).
