发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF CONFECTIONERY CONTAINING MUSHROOM EXTRACT
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing kinds of confectionery containing extract of fruit body of Hericium Erinaceum having abundant NGF(nerve growth factor) is provided to serve candy, tablet, granule, biscuit, cookie and Korean cookie effective for preventing senile dementia and promote the palatability of the confectionery. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) collecting fruit body of Hericium Erinaceum and washing the fruit body; (ii) lyophilizing or hot air drying the cleared fruit body to contain less than 1% of water; (iii) adding Vitamin E to the dried fruit body to promote the storage capacity and grinding the dried fruit body; (iv) getting kinds of confectionery by adding 0.05-50wt% of the mushroom extract to ingredients of the confectionery. The resulting kind of candy, tablet, granule, biscuit and cookie and Korean cookie contain 0.01-2% of the mushroom extract and 40-80% of maltose, 0.1-5% of the mushroom extract and 0.1-2% of Xylitol, 0.1-20wt% of the mushroom extract and 0.1-15wt% of oligosaccharide, 0.01-20wt% of the mushroom extract and 0.01-2wt% of propolis, and 0.1-50wt% of the mushroom extract respectively.
