PURPOSE: A reducing device for air preheating fuel is provided to increase the temperature in a combustion chamber of a boiler by preheating air with waste heat. CONSTITUTION: An air inlet hole is connected to an exhaust gas outlet hole and tightened in a band type to prevent the discharge of exhaust gas through only a heat exchange pipe. Herein, the exhaust gas is discharged through an outside discharge pipe. The collected air from heat exchange gas is increased through a fuel reducing device so that the temperature of a combustion chamber is rapidly increased and fuel is remarkably saved.
