PURPOSE: A RC structure reinforcement utilizing a cone bolt is provided to minimize a space occupied by reinforcing members by utilizing the cone bolt manufactured to make a bolt head and a washer serve as fixing ends, thereby improving the use efficiency and a fine view, and reducing reinforcing costs. CONSTITUTION: A cone bolt(1) includes a bolt head and a washer formed in a square shape, steel wire holes long formed at a right angle to a bolt axis part passing through the bolt head and the washer, a wedge hole at one end of the bolt head and the washer, and a steel wire angle compensating hole at the other end of the steering wire hole. In case of reinforcing a slab(21) without any beam, steel wires(19) are arranged by utilizing the cone bolt in direction diagonal to a peristyle to transmit a load of the slab directly to columns(24).
