PURPOSE: An intellectual wireless terminal and system for diet are provided to enable a user to receive data relevant to calories wasted through a wireless communication, to transmit/receive data related to diet with another terminal. CONSTITUTION: An input unit receives diet data composed of kinds and amount of foods which a user takes. A storage unit stores personal information on the user inputted from the input unit. A processing unit calculates caloric intake or calories wasted. The processing unit detects a result of diet on the basis of the personal information and/or the kind of diet which the user selects. An output unit outputs the diet data and the result of diet.
