IMAGE RECONSTRUCTION DEVICE FOR IMAGING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An image reconstruction device for an imaging system is provided to photograph an overspeeding vehicle exactly in spite of bad weather. CONSTITUTION: A camera(10) installed on the road photographs the traffic state and vehicles that violate the traffic regulations. An A/D(analog to digital) converter(13) converts the photographed analog moving picture data to a digital moving picture data. A frame divider(15) divides the digital moving picture data to video data of 30 frames per second. A frame video memory(17) stores the fame video data in video bit stream data. A buffer(19) temporarily stores the single frame data of the frame video memory(17). A pixel memory(25) stores a display data selected by a distinctness detector(23) in frame unit. A motion vector calculator(29) calculates a motion vector from the display data of the pixel memory(25). A frame restorer(30) restores a distinct frame video data by synthesizing the pixel display data. A motion picture restorer(31) restores a motion picture of 30 frames per second according to the motion vector. A video processor(33) processes the video data to be continuously displayed. A TV signal converter(35) converts the output signal of the video processor(33) to a TV display signal and displays it on a monitor(37).
