PURPOSE: An on/off line linking-typed head hunting system and a service providing method are provided to fulfill a request for a job offer and a job hunting by linking a job offer with a job hunting through a head hunter through on-line. CONSTITUTION: A member personal history database stores basic personal information and detail personal history information with respect to on-line members through the Internet. A head hunter information database stores information of a plurality of head hunters and head hunting companies being linked thereto. A job offer information database stores information of companies which requested a job offer through an on-line or an off-line through a head hunter and information of notices(Help Wanted) with respect to a request of a job offer. An ability evaluation program module performs ability evaluations of the members or ability evaluations in accordance with a request of a job offer company. A manager/operator module performs a connection to each composition and a sharing and management of data.
