PURPOSE: An automatic dust cap holding machine of an oil filter is provided to improve productivity by supplying an apparatus capable of simultaneously punching a dust cap and separating the punched dust cap, and supply a punching apparatus accurately carrying out punching of the dust cap while keeping durability by improving the structure of the lower dies. CONSTITUTION: The automatic dust cap holding machine (10) comprises a punching apparatus (100) forming a dust cap by punching a laterally proceeding dust cap film when a conveyor system is stopped; a conveyor system (200) which is installed at the lower side of the punching apparatus and repeats advance and stop in a certain time difference; a conveyor driving part (300) comprising of a main driving part (310), a roller, a first cam link apparatus (320) and a second cam link apparatus (330), wherein the main driving part consists a belt pulley consistently rotated by a driving motor, a main axis integrated with the belt pulley and a rotor arm, the roller is rotated along the curve surface of a fixed cam by a guider, the first cam link apparatus controls the rollers so that advancing and stopping movements are carried out by a connecting bar linked with a connecting pin to which the roller is mounted, and the second cam link apparatus which is installed at other side that is opposite to the first cam link apparatus and converts rotational movement of the motor into vertical and horizontal movements; a robot arm (400) putting the oil filter on the upper part of the dust cap; and a hot air blowing tunnel (500) through which the dust cap placed under the oil filter passes and contracts the dust cap so as to prevent foreign materials from being penetrated.
