PURPOSE: An anticancer drug containing a naphthoquinone-based compound, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or isomer thereof is provided, which has excellent anticancer activity while having low toxicity. CONSTITUTION: This anticancer drug contains 0.01 to 50% by weight of a naphthoquinone-based compound of formula 1 and 2 based on the total anticancer drug. In formula 1, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 are H, hydroxy, C1-10 alkoxy, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 ester or C1-10 alkene. In formula 2, R1 and R2 are H, hydroxy, primary amine, secondary amine, tertiary amine, carboxylic acid, C1-10 alkoxy, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 ester or C1-10 alkene; R3, R4 and R5 are H, hydroxy, C1-10 alkoxy, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 ester or C1-10 alkene.
