PURPOSE: To improve the braking efficiency of a brake, prevent the wear and deformation of a brake shoe and a pivotal support portion of a pivot lever and improve the feel of operation. CONSTITUTION: This drum brake device comprises supporting means for supporting the pivot lever at its adjacent ends, formed to easily follow the movement of the brake shoe in the direction of rotation of a drum, thereby achieving above issues.
